Located at Plaza 33, Alcon Malaysia aims to enhance lives and empower communities by creating innovative and thoughtfully designed office spaces. We proudly completed this significant consultancy project, transforming 8,000 sqft space of their Kuala Lumpur office, from the once dim and uninviting office into a modern, functional workspace.

Incorporating Alcon’s brand ethos of “See Brilliantly,” the updated space integrates local culture with contemporary design. The redesign features flexible seating arrangements, biophilic elements, and a dedicated wellness room, reflecting our strategy to enhance employee well-being and support a brilliant work environment. Despite challenges like documentation protocols, contractor delays, and security specifications, we developed effective and efficient solutions to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption.

The completed office now proudly displays local artworks, including Wau and batik elements, which reflect the multicultural aspect of Alcon’s staff and promotes inclusivity. The design includes a reconfigurable pantry area that doubles as an event space and adheres to ESG sustainability goals by reusing most of the existing furniture. It also features height-adjusting desks and wellness elements, such as a cycling desk, to support a dynamic and healthy work environment.

Overall, this project not only meets Alcon’s needs for a dynamic and inspiring workspace but also demonstrates our shared commitment to innovation, local culture, and sustainability, furthering Alcon’s vision of improving lives and creating long-term value.
