Manulife is one of the renowned insurance companies in town, having a business tower in Damansara Height. Manulife Business Academy aspire to cultivate successful leaders for their team. This training center is located in Centrepoint, Bandar Utama. The place is known as a family activity mall. Surrounded by housing estates and gardens, we decided to bring some of those natural elements into the space.

We designed a living hall set-up at the touchdown, complete with comfortable lounge setting furniture, placed nicely on a plush sea blue carpet rug. Warm light shining through the timber lattice ceiling, breaking the monotonous plaster ceiling look. Giving it a sense of high ceiling effect out of the limited ceiling space at site. In order to bring in some green to the space, we introduce Moss wall into the touchdown area, and it looks absolutely refreshing. 

In the training room, we proposed a complementary color scheme for each training room. Using various colors for the carpet and soft finishing on the operable wall. Three of these rooms are segregated with a collapsible wall. As they opened, it felt like a walk in the park.
