Home+: The Future of Work, Rooted in Humanity

Home+ was conceived as more than a workplace. Guided by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the design moves from fulfilling basic necessities to creating a sense of belonging and, ultimately, inspiring self-actualization.

As a restacking project spanning 3 floors, the workplace was reimagined to maximize flow and connectivity while creating a distinct identity for each level. Nature and modernity flow together through organic forms, natural materials, and energizing accents. Spaces transition seamlessly between formal and informal, engaging all five senses and encouraging spontaneous moments of connection. The result is a dynamic environment that feels alive, uplifting, and human-centered.

The narrative unfolds across three symbolic layers: the Head, the Heart, and the Mind. Each floor is distinct, ranging from flowing organic designs to bold, playful elements, and finally, visionary spaces that challenge perspectives, yet all are unified by themes of energy, purpose, and community.

Daily life is anchored by warm café-style pantries, inspiring graphics, and sustainability messaging that reinforces the commitment to people and planet. Together, these elements form a cohesive ecosystem that is both functional and inspiring.
