Zurich JB Office – A Continuation of Trust and Brand Integrity

Zurich once again partnered with Stoked to translate its brand ethos into a spatial experience—this time in Johor Bahru. The brief: to design a functional and brand-aligned space that not only serves customers better but also brings internal teams together under one roof. The result is a two-level office that prioritises cohesion, clarity, and customer connection.

Level G introduces Zurich’s walk-in customer service kiosk, designed to enhance direct engagement with the public. The layout is open and intuitive, fostering a seamless flow for walk-in clients while echoing Zurich’s values of trust and transparency. The palette, anchored in Zurich’s signature blue and supported by calming neutrals like beige and natural wood, creates a balanced atmosphere that feels both professional and approachable.

Level 19 marks a strategic shift for Zurich’s operations in Johor Bahru. Previously, customer service agents and training activities were distributed across various branches and rented facilities. This newly designed floor consolidates these teams and functions, enabling Zurich to streamline operations and foster stronger internal collaboration. The space is now equipped to support appointments, day-to-day operations, and in-house training—all within a unified, brand-consistent environment. By centralising these functions, Zurich not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens its sense of community and shared purpose among its staff.

Custom-designed environmental graphics and visual branding throughout the space reinforce Zurich’s identity, offering moments of storytelling and connection that go beyond pure function.
